At Wheaton Cadillac we recognize you have a busy schedule and need to find the time to bring your vehicle in for its required maintenance. That is why we have our 24/7 Express Service kiosk available to allow you the ability to pick up & drop off your vehicle for your service appointment when it’s most convenient for you. Once your service appointment has been booked either online or over the phone, keys can be dropped off at any time before your scheduled time. Once your vehicle has been serviced, you will receive an text & email alert letting you know it’s ready for pick-up.
The entire drop-off/pick-up process takes less than 2 minutes, letting you quickly get on with your day.

Large touchscreen prompts make directions clear & easy to complete the process.
Once your keys are deposited in the drawer, they are safe and secure until we access them or until you are ready to pick up your vehicle.
The kiosk is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can drop off or pick up your vehicle at a time most convenient for you.
The kiosk is extremely easy to use. You can complete the check-out process, pay for your service appointment and print your receipt right from the kiosk.
