Warning. This is not the dealership you are looking for. They dismiss any safety issue brought to them. Both passenger side tires worn to 0% at 40K km, while the driver's side were road worthy. Definitely a safety issue, but they will not admit fault and blamed tire defects. Defects, but only on both passenger tires and it only affects one side of the car?? I went to doug Marshall on Boxing Day 2018. I saw the vehicle I wanted on their website & first salesman to greet me was Doug Robinson. Told him the truck I was interested in & we made the deal. He didn’t try to push any other truck on me. He was so good with this transaction that I took my son to see him later in the year & he sold my son a 2016 Colorado. Always says hello if I’m in for a service & remembers my name. Great job Doug Robinson.

I made the mistake of taking my vehicle here to be repaired and cleaned up after it had been stolen. They never met any deadlines they mentioned. They tried to scam me into getting unneeded repairs done. Did mot complete the repairs they billed insurance for and refused to fix their mistakes. Staff tried to talk to my wife instead of me because it was obvious they would try to persuade her to make the wrong decisions regarding the vehicle. My girlfriend wrote a negative review on the Google page for this dealership, less than 24 hours later I get a phone call on MY cellphone, and I was told " you are no longer welcome at Doug Marshall GM, we take social media very seriously". Fair warning to all, if you share an opinion about this dealership you might just get told not to come back. I won't name names, because the people shouldn't matter, however I do feel that this event should serve to underline what you can expect if you are share a negative review.

Brand new Tahoe had to be toed back to dealer twice as it had power but would not attempt to turn over. Both times the dealer let it sit and by the time they got to it the codes were gone and they couldn't make it duplicate the issue. Second time it was toed to dougmarshal they scanned it for codes, captured the codes and said great, now we can fix it. I had my 2012 Cadillac Escalade serviced at Doug Marshall in Grande Prairie and they neglected to Check the level of power steering and was very low! Took it in and BILL service manager checked Level and said they definitely missed it when service was done !! Bill said bring it back and they will Check to see why level was low! I did just that and 3 hr later they said they needed to order parts And cost would be$12,000 for parts $400 for labour..... We feel it is there responsible to fix it as they missed not only once but probably twice ...

I just bought a new 2016 Silverado. What a fantastic truck. Coming in to Doug Marshall dealership was a super experience for us. Cody was low pressure, super friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. It's nice to finally see a sales team that do business in the interest of the customer. Just recently purchased a 2016 Tahoe. The sales team was fantastic from the test drive until delivery! We had accessories put on before delivery and they were fast! The sales man at delivery went thru all the options and touch screen buttons. Very through! Would recommend to everyone!
Doug Marshall Motor City sold us a brand new 2015 Chev Silverado 4 x 4 with a bent frame. This defect wasn't noticed at the dealership as they had the pickup parked with the box against the dealership building and we never test drove it it's new, why does it need a test drive? the sales team and service manager assured me that If I was to get accessories installed by them I would still be covered under manufacturers warranty if any issues arose.
